Cancellation policy
Deposits for reservations cancelled up to 21 days prior to arrival are normally refundable (the amount of the deposit minus postage, bank charges, or online payment processing gateway, if applicable).
If a reservation is cancelled within the 21-day period prior to arrival, you will be charged 30% of the total amount of the reservation (full amount of the deposit).
In case of no-show you will be charged the total amount of the reservation.
In the event of a change/reduction in the number of nights of a booking within the 21-day period prior to your arrival, you will be charged 50% of the amount of the booking relating to the reduced days.
